What's included in Registration?

• EDC Member: Please do not send substitutes for the dean.
• University Government Relations Representatives: Can not register independently; you must be registered by your dean.

Cancellation

A refund (less a $50 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received in writing on or before Monday, January 22nd, 2024. Please send requests to the ASEE Conferences via email conferences@asee.org 

No cancellations can be accepted for refunds after January 22nd, 2024. Refunds cannot be made for no shows. If you have any questions, please contact ASEE Conferences, at conferences@asee.org 

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Registrants with special needs who participate in our conference will be accommodated to the fullest extent possible.  If you need special arrangements, please advise us at the time you register on conferences@asee.org.
